To promote the high-quality development of soil and water conservation
work, IRTCES and China Society of Soil and Water Conservation jointly organized
the "' Harmony Between Humanity and Green Mountains' Soil and Water
Conservation Short Video Creation Competition", which is now soliciting
videos from the whole society.

II. Participation Scope
The activity is open to all sectors of society,
including government agencies, research institutions, enterprises,
associations, teams, and individuals.
III. Participation Method
From October 16, 2023, to December 31, 2023,
participants are required to create and post short videos on the Douyin
(TikTok) APP. The process includes:
Account Setup: Download the Douyin (TikTok) APP and
complete registration.
Video Production: Follow the characteristics of short
video dissemination, encouraging innovative content.
Video Upload: Post the edited video to your Douyin
account. Add the hashtags #SoilAndWaterConservation and the work title (e.g.,
#SoilAndWaterConservation + Li Village Story) in the caption.
Submission: Upload the video to Douyin (TikTok) and
simultaneously submit it to the “Yizhengping” website (https://stbc.1zp.top)
with relevant registration information.
IV. Work Requirements
Theme: “Harmony Between Humanity and Green Mountains”
aims to raise public awareness of “protecting water and soil resources and
preventing soil erosion.”
Content Categories:
(1) Soil and Water Conservation Knowledge: Basic
principles and scientific popularization.
(2) Case Law Interpretation: Promote the Soil and
Water Conservation Law through typical cases.
(3) Local Stories: Highlight environmental governance
achievements, showcasing soil erosion control progress since the founding of
New China, especially over the past decade.
Format: High-definition MP4.
Duration: Within 3 minutes (invalid if exceeded).
Production: Mobile or computer software may be used.
No software watermarks are allowed.
V. Awards
1st Prize (3 winners, CNY 3,000 each)
2nd Prize (5 winners, CNY 2,000 each)
3rd Prize (10 winners, CNY 1,000 each)
Honorable Mentions and Outstanding Organization Awards
(with certificates).
VI. Review Criteria
A review committee composed of film experts, soil and
water conservation specialists, and media professionals will evaluate
submissions.
VII. Timeline
Phase 1 (October 16, 2023 – December 31, 2023): Work
collection.
Phase 2 (January 1, 2024 – February 28, 2024):
Preliminary, secondary, and final reviews.
Phase 3 (March 2024): Announce winners
VIII. Participation Guidelines
Submitted works must be original, comply with national
laws, and avoid political, religious, or harmful content.
Participants retain copyright but grant organizers
non-exclusive rights to use works for promotion, including broadcasting,
editing, and derivative content.
The organizing committee will contact winners via
Douyin (TikTok). Unsuccessful applicants will not be notified.
By submitting works, participants agree to these
terms.
The organizing committee reserves final interpretation
rights.
