On June 13, 2023, Prof. Zhang Zuoheng, Director of UNESCO International Centre on Global-Scale Geochemistry, and his delegation visited IRTCES. Both parties are UNESCO category II centers in China, with similar nature and similar roles, and have a lot of mutual understanding in the development mode, operation mechanism, academic activities, and so on. Both sides had in-depth exchanges on the composition of the governing board, renewal of the agreement with UNESCO, preparing the evaluation, financial support, academic journal and future cooperation.
