IRTCES and UNESCO celebrated the coming Chinese New Year

( From IRTCES/ISI): As the Chinese Lunary New Year is coming, IRTCES/ISI Technical Secretariat invited officials from UNESCO Office Beijing and the Ministry of Water Resources of PR China to enjoy the Chinese New Year celebration together.

Dr. Y. Aoshima, Dr. R. Jayakumar and other 5 officials from UNESCO Office Beijing, Mr. Zhiguang LIU and Mr. Hai JIN, Deputy Director General and Section Chief of the Department of International Cooperation, Science and Technology, Ministry of Water Resources of PR China (MWR) attended the party. Prof. Chunhong HU, Secretary-General and Deputy Director of IRTCES welcomed all participants on behalf of IRTCES and expressed his sincerely appreciation to UNESCO's and MWR's supports. Dr. Y. Aoshima, Director and Representative of UNESCO Office Beijing made a speech highly appraising IRTCES' contributions to UNESCO, especially to the IHP-ISI.
